I really don't know what to do, as you said " It's better 6 years gone than 10 or 15." but thats IF it's the right choice. And as for more specifics: Our relationship has always been "picture perfect" sure, we have had our arguments, but nothing serious, and she is also deeply regretful obout te whole thing, and really dont know what happend (wich could provide some peace, if it wouldn't be the fact that she did it two more times with the same guy) things are so messed up....... but I trust that she is telling the truth. | ||

------------------------- speaking seriously , i would only tell you this , in 99% of the relationships (long ones i mean) everyone has cheated at least once. If u really love her , just let it pass and look at her new attitude , if she does it again , cut her in pieces , and throw her to the fucking white sharks in new zeland. | ||

My thoughs this far is something along the line of "I want to give it another try, but can I really make it work?" The answer is probebly yes... I could make it work, but for how long and how will I feel in our "new" relationship. Thats pretty much impossible to answer, so I don't expect you guys to give me any foolproff answers, I just needed some outside perspective, and it seems like there is as many answers as there is ppl. So the bottom line is, I have to deal with it myself, wich will probebly be the toughest thing I have done in my life to date. Anyhow, thx for all the advice, now I will do some serious thinking, cu you all... wish me luck | ||

People forgive the murderers of their family, but they do not let them become part of their lives again. Unless youre just looking for a quick lay, there is no point in dating this woman again. The whole purpose of finding someone special is to find someone who has all the qualities of perfection that you seek, and if being faithful is not one of them then you are an idiot. Sure you two could get back together, have some good times agian, maybe even some great times. But she will always be missing that one essential bit of perfection that gives a relationship purpose, undying love. And this isnt some extremely rare thing to find either, its pretty common. So therefore by the fact she so easily lost it, shows how far off the scale of worthy women she really is. For whatever reason, on a scale of 1-10, in your eyes shes a 10. But your scale is off. You need to step back and look at other women and redefine your scale, then you'd realise she's really just a 5 or 6. Keep looking for that 10. what there's no such thing as a perfect partner, searching for that will leave you single. (I know from experience! ) | ||

Only if she really really really did everything to get you back and promise she'd never ever do something like that again and tells you it was just all a bad mistake, the worst mistake she ever made, etc etc. Then I guess I'd give her another chance but she'd have to prove her love for you again and regain all of your trust again. I just think I'd be hurt too hurt to get back involved in a relationship with her.. so only when she'd really make me think that she could really make it work and never hurt me again I'd get back involved with her. | ||

Secondly if you work things out or w/e you wanna call it, everytime you have a fight with her you will think about this and probably bring it up to make her feel bad. Third, when you kiss her again its the same place that other guy's cock was. Dump the whore. EDIT: How did you find out, did you question her or did she come out and say it? Either way it doesn't matter i'm just curious. | ||

ive been alone my whole life and it can be sad and frustrating. but it is much better than trusting someone with all yourself and them turning around and shitting on your face like she did (3 times). it's like if i let a friend take care of my dog and he brutally raped and burned it alive. then he bought another dog that looked the same. it looks like the same thing but it never will BE the same thing. i know its a depressing analogy but its true -_- | ||

But I have to let you know, the time apart was from the beggining meant to be one year, not 6 months. And it wasn't "a random drunken thing", it was at first, but then she did two more times.... with the same guy... thats what really kills me. Oh, I thought it was only once. I know what I would probably do, but I can't tell you what to do. | ||

Bottom line is if your not alright with it now chances are time isnt going to fix it.if you stay with her you will never forget what she did. like someone else said you will think about it every time you argue with her...and will probably bring it up to prove a point countless times in the future... ive been alone my whole life and it can be sad and frustrating. but it is much better than trusting someone with all yourself and them turning around and shitting on your face like she did (3 times). it's like if i let a friend take care of my dog and he brutally raped and burned it alive. then he bought another dog that looked the same. it looks like the same thing but it never will BE the same thing. i know its a depressing analogy but its true -_- good luck anyway hope you make the right choice ![]() | ||
