Its Easy to Say no Death Penalty Because of the 'Law'
But IMO this guy is really a sub-human he deserves not to live
That is a photo of him standing there with several dead bodies laying around him and floating in the water
Whilst a kid in the water Begs for his life.
And your going to stand there and tell me this guy deserves to live!
He should be Tortured even the crimes he has committed are the most atrocious ever.

If you don't put him to Death he could end up getting out of Jail with Norways Lenient Laws on this stuff.

How did you come up with that logic? I know I'm "intolerant" with certain cultural aspects of some immigrants arriving at Sweden and I would like an overhaul of several laws in Sweden and a change from adapting Sweden to immigrants to adapting immigrants to Sweden. All that being said, what does it have to do with Breivik? Nothing.

Why? You'd only be martyring him for his cause. He would die a happy man.
If you keep him alive and treat him like a human being, he may realize how despicable his actions were. Endless guilt is a worse torture then any physical pain.

It's interesting how this is being reported.
If the killer had been a muslim, this would have been all over the front pages as "Muslim Terrorist Attack." Yet I haven't seen any papers or news outlets referring to this as a "Christian Terrorist Attack", despite the guy calling himself a christian and (according to some sources) believing he was fighting a threat to chriistianity in islam.

IIRC, the date of that was Friday 22nd, the day of the murders. And the last part "They would probably get the wrong idea ..." is just a getout clause in case the document gets caught before he manages to start the attack. He can then deny that it's the journal of a terrorist, by pointing at that entry, and making up some other explanation, like it's a work of fiction or something.

"Deserving" doesn't enter into it; a death sentence is not and will not be the case. Please, back off, or try to understand why this is the case. (Edit: Many arguments to this very end have been made by Norwegian denizens in this very thread.)

He won't realize anything other than wanting to kill you, and the entire society. He is clearly insane. He won't EVER have any guilt for what he has done. But all the other stuff... he step by step explains how he buys what ingredients, from what company. It is very detailled. Continuing with a step-by-step descrition of how he then continues creating the bomb. This in itself is just too much to make up for in one or two final sentences...
Also, the whole document seems to have several authors, doesn't it?
So did other people write parts of it? Or did he use pseudonyms in order to make this look bigger than it is (I sincerely hope this is the case!) ?

Human rights are unseparable. You can't even give up your own human rights if you want to. Let alone have a third party decide it is 'justified' someone of their human rights.
Calling someone sub-human is even more dangerous. This is exactly the trick used to kill people. This is how chimps engage in their form of genocide. In group and out group. You are invoking the exact same genetic mechanic that allowed him to kill all these people.

This guy is 100% responsible for his actions. But nonetheless in some way he was a product of our western society. There are many young males that decide to go on these kinds of shootings. And this case also has a political side to it as some of his delusional ideas are shared by many European politicians and voters.
Now the political view may just be some medium to out his frustrations and if he had been a muslim he had done something similar but then in the name of Islam. But how can you say this person was not part of homo sapiens? Do you believe he was genetically determined to do this? If so, why not step up genetic research and select against these genes? If is was a product of society and not of genes, the nature of society is to blamed to some extent.
It's really easy to call this guy the devil and express how harshly he has to be tortured while ignoring everything else.
