Norway has a law which allows to keep a prisoner in detention if he is danger to the society, if im right? This is the best sentence if they cannot make an exception. But he won't walk away, thats for sure. | ||

But we uphold human rights in norwegian prisons, and the aim of our prison facilities are to rehabilitate. If exceptions are made, then what's the point. | ||
