After 4 hours of nothing else yesterday, I basically had to hide out and away the rest of the evening, just sat watching old sitcoms, as my mind just wanted to escape... | ||

On another note, it really is discomforting to see the increase in spree-killings. There's been more spree killings in the past 3 years than in the 20 before that. What is this world coming to? | ||

Hell on Utøya. Really strong. I don't feel like translating all of it, but here's an extract: "A man came. "I'm from the police". I kept still. Some yelled that he needed to prove it. I can't remember exactly what they said, but the killer started shooting. He reloaded. Fired some more. He shot those around med. I kept still thinking "It's over. He's here. He's going to take me. I'll die." People screamed. I heard others being shot. Others jumped in the water. I kept still. Phone in hand. (...) I acted dead for at least an hour. I carefully turned my head, looking for suvivors. I saw bodies. I saw blood. Fear. I decided to get up. I had been lying on a dead body. Two dead bodies had been lying on me. I had a guardian angel." ((Englevakt, directly translated meaning Angel Guard, is a common norwegian expression meaning that you've been incredibly lucky.)) | ||
