Thin mustache optional but encouraged, this is a demonstration in French culture that you've reached sexual maturity.

I don't know you or these girls, but the US stereotype is incredibly loud, stupid and exaggerating from the point of view of the French stereotype. So you probably want to go for subtle and smart compared to normal US behaviour. Watch almost any french movie and you'll understand what I am talking about. As for first date and whatnot, just offer to show them around a bit, and take them to intellectually smart and subtle places. Then see how it goes from there. If they are indeed traveling and are good looking, chances are that you are not the first one, or only one in this instance, going after them.

If you have a negative amount of negative things (multiplication), that is a positive. B) They are already (HIV) positive. And two positives make another positive, positive times positive also makes a positive.

If you want some action they may be specifically seeking out the American stereotype, so coming off like a French guy might turn them off. That you would come here to even ask such a question indicates you're not that brash stereotype. Just talk to them, really just be your best self because they will probably see right through anything you try to significantly change. (imo)

(imo) I agree, Don't try to act like you are someone completely different. And their taste may be more towards the US stereotype, who knows. So yeah, talk to them, put some effort into listening to what they have to say etc.

There is a large variability in the HIV virus, so 2 people infected could have different strands and end up with both viruses. For the child: the infection does not contaminate egg cells and only the contamination of the mother matters. There can be contamination during pregnancy (~5% of the time), during nursing (~5%), but mostly at birth (~20%). Those numbers are not affected by the number of strands in the mother's blood, but by the infection's status: if the mother has been HIV positive for some time, risk is a lot less than if she has just been infected (initial explosion of the number of viruses) or if she has aids (disease active).
