I don't believe you guys. brb

Bullets do change trajectory for the most random of reasons. Many of them spin to increase their accuracy, but the spin can sometimes cause them to do weird vector changes depending what they hit.
Lets assume a lot of your bones was screwed/plated/etc... together. And lets say they used a metal dense enough to affect a bullet's spin. It would be possible that a bullet bounces off one plate/screw, into another, into another as you spin causing it to be redirected enough times to be turned around and "ricocheted' at the terrorist.
|
That depends on a lot of things, though. A bullet on a trajectory that bounces of multiple bones would have to go through a lot of your flesh, which is a) bad for you and b) will slow the bullet down a lot, possibly leaving it so slow that it becomes harmless. I do not exactly know how much flesh the average bullet can penetrate.
Such a series of impacts would also deform the bullet majorly, in a way that would then turn it from a nice, aerodynamic shape designed for maximum accuracy and range into an irregular lump of metal, thus affecting it's trajectory once it is flying through the air again by making it unpredictable and reducing the range even further.

Well the problem is that a bullet travels at say 800m/s, and the thickness of your body is you get shot through your stomach or chest is 0.2m~, which means you must perform a 180 degree turn in 4000^-1 sec... So that's one revolution in 2000^-1 second, or 2000RPS... or 120,000RPM.
And now, lets compute at what speed your body would spontaneously combust. Temp for combustion T = 1255K, T_ex = 15C -> 288K. C_p = 1.004kJ/kg*K C_v = C_p - R = 0.717.
Treat skin as an adiabatic surface, so using supersonic flow equations:
1255/288 = 1 + (gamma -1)/2 * M^2
Thus M (speed of sound = 4.1). c = sqrt(gamma*RT) -> c = 340m/s
v = Mc -> 1394m/s
Lets assume you contort yourself to your lowest inertia state along the perpendicular to the ground axis by putting yourself in the shape of a pencil. From your center of rotation, performing a self measurement, the outside of your arm would be 25cm away. --> r = 0.25
theta_dot = v/r angular velocity = 1394/0.25 =5576rad/s
Times that by 60/2*pi to get rpm = 53,247RPM
As 120000 > 53247, you will catch of fire before while performing this maneuver.
So no it's not possible, don't know what these uneducated fucks were talking yapping on about here (lol jk).
And don't even start me on showing how the forces needed to achieve such a speed in such a short amount of time go beyond the material limits of the human body.
edit: And this of course assumes that the bullet is like a marble travelling through a straw which is rotated about 180 degrees. Realistically the insides of your body would not have high enough ultimate shear strengths to allow this to happen anyway.

Two possibilities.
First one: you try to spin, so that the bullet goes back out. The bullet will go on roughly following its initial trajectory, but if you manage to turn 180° in time, it could get back out on its own momentum. A figure skater can get up to 6 turns per second, so we are talking about 1/12th of a second for the half turn. For a bullet travelling at 300m/s, this is enough time to travel 25m. So that can't happen.
Second one: you hold a "U" shaped tube in front of you, that somehow receives the bullet and sends it back without friction, magically not slowing it down in the process. This still means you receive twice the kinetic energy of the bullet in the process, so you need to be ready for the impact to not be sent flying and hold the tube steady. The energy itself isn't huge (jogging into a brick wall), but better add a cushion for safety.

You forgot option three, where you catch the bullet and beat the terrorist to death with it rolling high on improvised weapon.

Is it possible for a vegetarian to become obese? I have a friend that claims to not eat meat but im not sure shes being truthful...

Eat a 100% French fry diet and you will then be a 100% gluten free vegan that is more obese than a 100% meat eating Eskimos.

There are plenty of unhealthy non-meat products. Of course knowledge counts too. For instance twinkies have beef product in them.

It is a lot easier as a vegetarian than as a vegan. Cheese and cream make it very easy to become fat if you want to, even without eating meat.
But even a vegan could manage. Sugar, cocoa powder, plant oil will all enable you to become as heavy as you desire if combined correctly.
Plus, just eating a lot and not moving is a pretty sure way to get fat no matter what you eat exactly.

Can I gain more muscle working without eating a lot of meat? I'm poor enough with all that money spent on hookers.

When working out, it's better to not look at it in terms of food groups and more in terms of nutrients. Protein is one of the most important things you need in building muscle, and you can definitely get protein without meat.

a good general rule is to mix beans and seeds with cauliflower (and the likes)
you can play with this here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/protein-calculator/?GROUP=1100&NDB_NO=11135&GRAMS=50&calc=Y to get some idea how to complement your foodstuffs to meet all the requirements

depending on how open minded they are they will try, and depending on how good you taste they will repeat... other factors of course include the role of intimacy and the symbolism of the act in your relation

It really depends on if they consider you a living creature or not.
