Sorry but if you aren't comfortable with what you were born with, you won't ever be comfortable..... hardly anyone who has cosmetic surgery only has one thing done, its like getting a tattoo, you always want one more (I wanted 1 tatt..... I now have 5, would have more but dont have the money). Tattoo's I get, you are adding art to your body, not changing it features. Its like putting on make up, you are just decorating. But sugery to alter something, unless you have a deformity, is just plain stupid. Surgery is risky, all surgery, all kinds of things could go wrong inlcuding not waking up ever again.... all for the sake of "beauty" when infact, most of the time, they looked better before, a crooked nose gives character, a surgically altered one just make me not even want to get to know someone. I have turned down a girl before because she had fake breasts, most guys think this is insane, but my thing is this... if she had to get a boob job to feel good about herself, then she's never gonna be happy with me.
