This must be the most uninformed post I have seen in a long time, seriously. Casualties are already in the hundreds or thousands after Khadafi used fighter planes and mercenaries on protesters, and the arab revolt started in Tunisia, not Egypt.

Can we stop thinking about selfish politics and stop killing civilians just for humanity, at least once? Please? I didn't say this is how i felt. This is how the politicians of western countries (especially the United States) think. Because our politicians are universally garbage. Regardless, if people do not want you to invade their country, you don't fucking do it. Afghanistan is what happens when you try that bullshit, and it makes EVERY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE REGION HATE YOU

I'm suprised they have protests in Lybian, Gadafi will kill every single last protester, in that country there is one thing you never do, and its fuck with the military. My dad told me stories of college kids protesting peacefully once in thier school, ended with 10 people randomly hanged. Well according to what I have read (sorry if it's incorrect), there has been some progress / some soldiers turning sides / acquisition of weaponry by the protesters / some areas of calm. However, it is going to get scarier, that's almost for certain.

I'm sure the protesters will break before the government does, last i heard the military was doing airstrikes right on tripoli. Quite suprised a revolution started int he first place, the locals were always terrified of the military.
