I would be more excited then anything if it had to do with balancing the game and/or anything to do with making the game more exciting. As far as it goes, if it were a tournament or another progamer house (which i doubt it, because sir scoots has denied any involvement), I would be sorely disappointed.
Why do you ask? We already have enough money being thrown at the community and game. I just want the game to get better itself before even more is spent. I think Incontrol should just roll into Blizz HQ and tell them what to do.
Or perhaps an sc2 tournament where you have to play BW (achieve a certain rank on ladder or something, like TSL2) to get a spot.

On the pregame to SoTG he was speaking to Sundance and referred to MLG as a "great bimonthly tournament." That's a wierd word to use, I think it's another pointer towards a monthly tournament of some kind.
