I'm pretty damn sure that the Russian is using falsetto to hit the high pitches, while the Taiwanese boy's voice is just naturally high. This is the legendary castrato voice type hehe | ||

Most people can probably reach those notes with falsetto but its not gona sound anywhere near as good. Also, the taiwanese kid is imba. | ||
