The K was dropped because there's usually not enough space for the full name.

GK= Ghengis Khan, Temujin= Ghengis Khan's actual name, Ghengis Khan is like a title basically meaning "King of Kings" I've always really enjoyed frankly all types of history from the Indus Valley civilizations to the Russian Empire and everything in between. I had a profile on Kongregate.com that got really high before the site became all money-oriented and it was TemujinGK so i was like why not continue it!

EnderSword

I'm obviously a fan of the Ender books, so that's the first part. EnderSword was originally just my user name on an MMO like 12 years ago, but it wasn't actually meant as a character name at all You had a login name, then characters with their own names inside the game, the name 'Ender' was taken, so I added Sword. Originally I liked it since everything was lowercase, so endersword could be read as Ender-Sword and Ender's Word. which I liked for some reason. When I got SC2, I entered EnderSword because I'm now used to using it as a login ID, but I didn't realize it would actually be my public name on the ladder etc... I've been meaning to change it, but now since people in my clan know the name and I have a youTube channel with the name and all this stuff, It's just more annoying to change it than to leave it as is.

I was watching GrethSC one day, and then THE QUESTION came: What will your username be? It was a vid-rep of ZarQuark vs (??) My name was WarQuark then, since it sounded cool. Alot of time later, i got tired of being called Quark. I changed my ID to WarBobz. Bobz from Billy-Bob, not from Boobs.

One evening, on my rubbish server (Shattered Halls EU) I'd sat and watched a horde druid running around Stormwind on his own. He was rooting people and healing, he was in cat form one second, bear the next, then travel form! He was running around killing people left and right. This guy was great! My human warrior, Elandros, was about level 40, no money for a ground mount yet (this was back before it cost 1g or w/e it does now). I thought 'man I'm defo rolling a druid, sod this warrior lark'. Ahh Jakuten, if only you knew what you'd done! Upon sitting at that character create screen for an hour, I decided to check out wow wiki and was clicking through all the famous Night Elves, looking for inspiration. 'Illidan hmm... Malfurion hmm' 'Malfidon... nah, Illirion... eww... Mallidon.... perfect!' Its basically Malfurion squashed into Illidan (sounds painful O.o). It's stuck as my main ID ever since, through realm changes and faction changes in WoW, to other games I've played and today, its my name in everything I log onto. Its never usually taken too (although some twat has now named some SW:KOTOR character that and some forum newb has stolen it on the SW forums, grr).

ManicMarine

![]() By the time I reached 18 (about a year ago) I decided that it was a pretty fail ID, and I needed to come up with a new one. So I popped my free name change for SCII, and sat at the login screen for almost 2 hours trying to come up with a name. I was thinking of making it reference some historical or mythical figure, or something; I don't really know what I was looking for. I had an ongoing joke with my friends that Korean IDs are always of the form "adjective_noun", where the noun is often a unit from SC. Suddenly, as I was sitting at my computer, the name ManicMarine came into my head. By this time I had gotten pretty tired of trying to come up with a name, so I plugged it in before I had time to reconsider. Boom, ManicMarine I was. In retrospect, I think it was a pretty inspired choice and today I am totally happy with it.
