I have the 300 M Chrono Diver myself. I've had it for two years, and it's as reliable as the sun. Nothing against Tag Heuer, but if you're going to have one watch for the next ten years (like I'm planning), then I would go with the Omega.

To be on topic. I don't like either watch, but I voted #1 because I think it looks better. When it comes down to it, though, you need to buy this for yourself, not for everyone else. Honestly, if you're buying this watch with the sole intent of impressing people, no one will be impressed because you'll come across as a try-hard dbag. You gotta go with what you think looks good, and fuck what anyone else says.
