None of those raw/slimy/soft fishfoods look delicious :/

Anyways my cents for the post would be borscht soup, doesnt look that great but it tastes real good when made right, strongly sour taste with lots of beet. Taste is usually riched with bacon, beef and smetana. mm-m.

Despite so many people favoring local food, I must say that I find most traditional Scandinavian food to be absolutely disgusting. Raw herring, smørrebrød, ludfisk and frikadeller just isn't that attractive IMHO.

Good stuff to me
