Yes, and I really UEFA, media and FA at the moment.
I can argue that a player who clearly brought down a forward in the box without touching the ball, and himself knowing that will get up immediately and waving his finger to the ref, then tell the ref that the opposition had dived. To me,that is trying to mislead the referee into making an incorrect decision by acting. Not quite the same as diving, but I can easily put it in the cheating column.
As I mention earlier, if a ref banishes a yellow card during the match, nothing can be done afterwards by the FA. Only if he hasn't done anything but later submit the match report (which he would have seen replay of the game) where a investigation can start. fuck the consistency.

btw just wanted to add, it pisses me off how Florentino/Valdano treated Robben and Sneijder, they just ship them out to cover their debts, treating them like trade-coins , besides they could had been great assets for the team.

yea, that RM president, whatever his name is, is a dickhead. Maybe all he want to do is meet some famous football stars. Does he has a grand daughter or something that is looking to get married? He is trying to set up because she is fuck ugly and can't hook up nice man right?

Tonight Barcelona - Shaktar SuperCup Final @ Monaco 21CET. This game will Dmytro Chygrynskyy's last for Shaktar as he will be moving to Barcelona next monday. Intresting to see his motivation on the game .

Interesting to see how the commentators pronounce his name too.

Robben is an awesome player, I don't understand why you'd pay ridiculous money for Ronaldo, then sell Robben for cheap. In the preseason games Robben looked the better player.

It doesn't really make a lot of sense anyway. It's like having the winner of the premiership play the winner of the championship... we already know who the better side is!

Signing Alonso, Benzema, Kaka and CR has a price. If at the begining of the season you offer any RM supporter to switch Kaka for Sneijder and Robben for CR they will surely acept. Robben has missed 36 matches in 2 seasons. He even gets injured in the warm up of a match, its just ridiculous. Without injuries he surely is top 3 dribbler in the world but, he's made of glass. Sneijder lost the first half of the season because he got injured on a friendly against Arsenal. He spent his recovery time being the king of Madrid's parties, divorcing, etc. These facts made them look like transferible players besides their great quality.
Sure RM lost a lot of potential, but as I said, the huge signings made have a price.

when you said celtic complained, we assumed you meant, well, celtic complained. not a single player, but the actual club. you know, as the sentence states.
i dont really care, just dont write sensationalist bullshit that isn't true and then get upset when people call you out on it.

With that in mind it's different if you cheat and don't get away with it. If the ref gives a diver a yellow then you don't need to review it. If the player does manage to confuse the referee either by pretending to be injured, hit when they aren't or diving AND he gains an advantage by someone else getting sent off or getting a penalty then that player should be penalized retrospectively. Cool, and it answers one of my question. But lets say, if he dives, and the ref saw it, didn't give a yellow nor penalty, can the tournament organisation still review it? When Gillardino fell down against Celtic (I believe), and the ref did give him a yellow card. What if he never asked for it and he fell down because his footing was wrong or that part of the grass wasn't so great? He can't exactly protest his innocence. "cheaters should never prosper" I like that, but how do you consider 'cheating' can be defined. Is Terry or Carragher hacking down a player in the box 'cheating'? What if he gets away with it? He doesn't confess, thats cheating right? At least cheating in the sense of moral right. Savage has been kicking out players left right and center all the time, is he cheating? or just abusing the system and laws of the game? Yes of course they should react to any two footed or dangerous tackle. They already do penalise after the match for hacking players down. It's just really inconsistent. Some of the comments above me are pathetically bad: "Oh Eduardo's been injured for ages, poor him, let's let him off" "He fell on his own legs!" "I can't believe the press is making a meal out of this but not Gerrard" That's just utter nonsense. "I can't believe the Celtic manager is complaining about the loss" He didn't at all. He came straight out after the match and said we can't blame the referee because we weren't good enough.
the first comment and second comments are ridiculous the third comment is a perfectly valid complaint.
perhaps you could explain why that's utter nonsense? gerrard's dive against ac milan was a blatant dive on the biggest stage, not to mention his constant flops in the premiership. he plays with heart and i respect him for that, but it does not change the fact that he is a diver and should be punished.

The third comment is ridiculous because the press have been hounding Gerrard all summer and reported his dives when they happened too. It's pretty obvious why this is making top slots in the papers.. there's nothing else for them to talk about. The match wasn't even slightly interesting so they can focus all their attention on the dive. Wenger also made it worse by looking at the replay on camera and claiming he didn't think it was a dive.

ah sorry, i misunderstood, i thought you were saying that gerrard doesnt dive. i dont get to see much britsh media obviously, i did not realize he was being hounded in the press also i seem to remember reading on bbc that wenger said there was no contact when he watched the replay, but i cant find the link anywhere so i could just be imagining things
blackpool smoked wigan, wigan's 2nd team obviously but that's still absolutely unacceptable

And the fact that Eduardo isn't English and Gerrard is. He's just one of the boys, he never means harm. Eduardo is a foul mouthed f***ing foreign bloody c*** according to the English media.

Switch subject lol !
Barcelona just won SuperCup with ET goal by Rodrigerz. Really bad game as Shaktar parked 10 goes front of 16line....Barca had few chances, with better day the game would have ended before ET. Bad corner kicks by Barca(had over 10, with 0 chances) and Idra played bad T.T.

idra? LOL! yeah ibra played bad ;p

Slightly bizarre lineup for United, both managers stacking the midfield:
Foster O'Shea Brown Vidic Evra Carrick Fletcher Valencia Giggs Nani Rooney Vs
Van Persie Arhsavin Song Eboue Diaby Denilson Clichy Vermalen Gallas Sangnol Almunia

FUCK YEAH ARSHAVIN. I BELIEVE.
