aguero denies transfer rumours as far as this winter goes, so if he's coming to chelsea (or anywhere else) it'll most likely be before next season.

I mean everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt but the transfer certainly isnt definite.

I thought United did pretty well today. Pompey may be at the bottom of the table but they play pretty attractive football and they have some good attackers who just can't finish. Pretty awesome when the worst side in the league still chooses to open up and attack at home vs one of the best. I don't remember too much about Aviram Grant except hes really really ugly.

I really don't know what Chelsea see in him, he just happened to have a really good game vs them in the champions league.

he plays for tromsø, a mediocre norwegian team. he is considerd one of the better norwegian talents but nothing really special, so far his development has been a little slower than projected / what people were hoping. im surprised he's great in FM. :o

i havent been watching all of chelsea-arsenal, but chelsea looked extremely strong from what I did see. arsenal not creating any real goalscoring opportunities and chelsea being denied a penalty in addition to their two goals in the first half.. not like chelsea did that much apart from this, but extremely solid defense coupled with efficiency is how you win titles ;P

So in the end, Barcelona just edge it, 1-0. Intense, exhilarating game, as all Classico matches are. Barca were definitely the better side in the second half, even though they were down to 10 men. Puyol definitely deserves MoM. He made at least 3 last ditch goal-saving tackles on Real's frontmen. Incredible composure from him. More goals could have been scored, but the match was still entertaining nevertheless.

I didn't really follow ManU this cloesly this season, but I watched some parts of Porthsmouth and I have to say, he played really good?
he seems to have quite some talent, he is still quite young (born 1985) - he seems to have a bright future - I may be wrong though as I am not really informed

he started off slow but has played well in every game lately, hes a pretty good standard winger type, wont score too many goals but does the stuff wingers are supposed to do well. His biggest qualities are quickness, pace and his crossing is ok.

Why isn't the Bundesliga better than it is? Germany's a rich country of 80 million people, they fill their stadiums, 10 of them have over 50k seats. The national team has a huge history in World Cups and European Cups. They have a lot of smaller neighboring countries that could feed the league with talent and foreign fans.

What are the explanations for the Bundesliga being below the spanish, english and italian leagues in popularity?

Teams have a lot of fans, one would think that they'd have money to create good teams. German players aren't bad either, at least judging by the national team. Why aren't their teams good enough?
