Also, is there any way to take a beatmap from one song and copy it to another (Like for a parody song that uses the same music)?

I haven't tried it, but it might work: you could highlight all the notes in the editor then copy them to your clipboard and past them into the other song. I WOULD try this out before making wild assumptions but I'm tired, so bleh. Xafnia: We know you <3 streamu.

A similar thing you could do that does work, is opening the .osu file with notepad and copy the [TimingPoints] and [HitObjects] section and paste that in the .osu file of your new map. Tadaa!

Not me You can take the stuff from the .osu notepad file and copy it to another file yes Or you could just copy the notepad file and change the song info + mp3 name and put it in the folder with the parody song Timing will likely be different but that's not difficult to change On November 13 2012 00:25 Camail wrote: I haven't tried it, but it might work: you could highlight all the notes in the editor then copy them to your clipboard and past them into the other song. Did that, worked awesome. Don't want to submit it because it is just copy+pasting someone else's work, but once i put the real mapper's name back in I might submit.
