Changing some of the graphics options may help this. For me when the framerate limiter is enabled the game becomes choppy and hard to play. You could also try lowering the resolution and disabling some of the extra graphical options if you haven't already.

Changing settings also removes stupid distracting shit like the fire and that fugly character that pops out at you.
Nyarly: the maps you've played are pretty simple. Holy shit the second one is bad. I don't like beatmaps by Luigihahn, deleted all those that I have.
If you want good beatmaps, here are a few: http://osu.ppy.sh/s/30654 http://osu.ppy.sh/s/38566 http://osu.ppy.sh/s/32375 They're all Japanese though.

I think it's the pc in my case, it's a rented one because mine is at the technical support.. It's the worst shit ever created, sc2 lags on lowest settings too and the audio jack doesn't work.
Yes i play on easy/normal maps, i can only do few of them on hard/insane like this one : http://osu.ppy.sh/s/45621 I have hard time finding new maps, i don't know any japanese/chinese/korean songs (except bubble pop).. And most of the unapproved/unranked maps have horrible timings indeed. I'm going to try yours ! Thanks again for all the info/help !

Most unapproved/unranked maps BY BAD MAPPERS are bad. There are TONS of good maps out there that aren't approved or ranked (or english, most of the time). However, pretty much all of the good ones are harder than what you play, Nyarly. Hell, in my opinion there are only few maps I even consider "good" because if you mapped something to what i would consider a technically perfect map, it would probably also be basically unpassable by anyone but cookeizi and whoever else is at the absolute top.
Also, I swear to god I will never FC this damn song. My best score is a 800+ combo 2 miss score with lower acc (98.XX%)

This happens to me in pretty much every Touhou song, which is quite annoying because I absolutely hate the songs and the beatmaps themselves, yet I keep playing them every now and then to get a FC.

To be completely honest, if I could dim storyboards down to a true 90%, along with BGs, I'd be fine, because that would be dark enough to not fuck with me, and peppy could have his precious SBs and BGs.
What bothers me is just the fact that peppy feels he has to police the mapping community. He create arbitrary rules that have little effect other than giving OCD modders a moral ground to bitch people out for little nit-picky things. He doesn't seem to understand that while nurturing mappers and competitive players aren't mutually exclusive, it's a fine balance that takes a lot of thought and a lot of careful decision making, not railroading one guy in favor of the other, and then claiming that some relatively small change shows his support for the oppressed group.
He needs to leave the community be. Let them police themselves with no official power. Remove the MAT/BAT system, merge ranked and approved into a "released/unreleased" system where the player simply signals that they are done making the map. Allow the players to chose to play however they want, and the mappers to map however they want. This neither forces players to deal with terrible BS/SBs, nor forces mappers to feel like they should stop creating BGs/SBs because frankly, how many players actually delete all their backgrounds and SBs?
Not only would this require FAR less man power, maps could get released far sooner, which I'm sure would make a LOT of mappers happy.
You could argue that the overall quality of maps would decrease, but I doubt the effect would be nearly as noticeable as you'd expect. The mappers who make bad maps would release their map, everyone might try it once, and then everyone who thinks the map is bad would stop playing it. Rankwhoring might be easier, but I have a feeling peppy will switch internal ranking over to PP sometime in the near future, because that just makes sense.
When the community is forced to moderate themselves with no oversight from people like peppy, it leads to a far more inclusive style of community because nobody is forced to listen to some jackass who doesn't like their map for no apparent reason. It worked very well for stepmania. Bemanistyle is chock full of HORRIBLE stepfiles, but despite that there were TONs of well known stepmakers who released there. Even after the "elite community" centered around arch0wl.com (far from the only community releasing quality stepfiles) stopped releasing their stuff there as much, it was very easy for a relatively unknown mapper to release something and immediately catch people's attention (as long as they posted it in the right places, SM's community was VERY fractured compared to what osu would be). With a centralized forum and map release system like osu has, many of the downsides of that sort of system would be mitigated. Even if some "elite" group of mappers appeared, and influenced other mappers, I don't see that as being a bad thing. "Elitest" groups like that tend to have higher quality mapping and create standards that the rest of the community will tend to follow on their own. And it's not like they'd be able to do much other than boycott playing a map if someone broke those rules.
I like how peppy's go to response to criticism like this is to tell people to quit osu, real classy.

Yep, real class act. Doesn't know what the fuck he's doing and too stubborn to admit it. This is not how you manage a game and a community :/

Yea , I was actually very sad about this. I loved osu a lot too

It burns so bad, but I somehow managed.

I plan to get a much better score (at least acc wise) in the near future.

Submitted Jan 1 2009, favorited by Lesjuh.... More than enough reason for me to never play the map. I tried anyway and god damn that is bad.

I think the only well mapped english song I can name is Kiss by a Rose by Blue Dragon, and it's a easy map... I've yet to see a decent and challenging map for an english song.

Well, bot sure of your definition of "challenging", but i can name a few of those. Freestyler already named. Cant forget Gold dust: http://osu.ppy.sh/s/28107 A couple of pendulum ones: http://osu.ppy.sh/s/24163 http://osu.ppy.sh/s/48284 Watercolor is decent too but kinda on the easy side. This Celldweller one is still pending but really awesome if you ask me http://osu.ppy.sh/s/43415 This one (and some of its other mapsets) is pretty good http://osu.ppy.sh/s/33761 (althought nightcore+Katy Perry screams "terrible", i still liked it. hate nightcore) And how can you not know the dragonforce ones? They're totally awesome and (surprise!) challenging. Also "Why am i so angry", graveyard tho Oh, and speaking of graveyard, check "anti you", that's pretty challenging :D
This is what i remebered off the top of my head. I'm sure there's more if you actually look for it. There are quite a few easy ones too. But osu totally needs more english songs. I'm kind of tired of seeing another set of generic anime opening(-like) songs every time i open the "ranked" tab. I've seen enought anime in my life and i generally just skip the openings nowdays, they just sound all the same most of time, but the osu community seems to like them to death Well, at least i like touhou - its still has a lot of different-sounding stuff in it.

A large number of anime openings have been made by a single person, who has the most uninspired nick. And his beatmaps are sooooooo annoying; there's always some annoying flashy lights somewhere. I stopped downloading his beatmaps and ranked all the ones I had 1-star.
