As far as the part where you said "best to stick toghether as T while going for bombsite B", there isnt really a bombsite of choice, its really a mindgame over 15 rounds (the length of a half in competitive CS) during which you should hit both bombsites, run fakes to try and force a rotation and catch players out of position.
