Due to the unusual state of activity we could actually put some rarely used assets on the field. Maxed siege and skirmish links went up and that meant Karah's active tengu became a monster. The addition of a scimmy (linked) made firebolt's pest very capable and they were backed up by a considerable backbone of hurricanes. No blackbirds/falcons but you can't have everything. I was the original FC but it quickly became apparent that as the scimitar my focus was on friendlies and I basically had no clue what was happening outside of that, especially given an overview covered in purple. I quickly handed it over to fb who proved competent. A few rifters went down because I was locking up battlecruisers and higher (sorry) but we still facestomped the uni. The only problem was they were really spread out so once it became clear that they couldn't do shit they bailed out a few bs and bc. http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_related&kll_id=9608158 99.73% efficiency 17 vs about 25 (it judges their numbers from our lossmails and a lot of them didn't shoot at anything that died) We also saw a slicer on the way and Nou was nearby in a claw. As such I explicitly told him that if he attacked the slicer with his claw he would die. While we were fighting the uni he tracked down the slicer and suicided. Fucking Nou.

However if you judge it purely by kills to losses then we've killed 200 more battleships than we've lost but lost 250 more frigates than we've killed so that'll cost us. Given a battleship is generally over 100x more than a frigate then that's not an entirely accurate comparison for him to do. However I do have to ask why he's using our lifetime stats to judge our smugness now. Right now we're acting like we're really fucking good and according to our stats, we're really fucking good. Why would you judge our current level of pride in results against results which aren't current. That'd be really, really stupid.

Also, take my advice, get out of lowsec and into syndicate. Syndicate is the least likely place you'll find pvp in my experience. Place was dead back when I lived there since the regular residents could no longer blob 2:1 and didn't want to fight 1:1 and half of them moved out actually. The few recent (like 1 month ago?) roams I went on through there, there was nobody in space.
