2 nights ago we got my alt in a rorqual to go and flop about in the hopes of enticing him. It didn't work but the rorqual did manage to kill a vagabond and megathron (it has 5 heavy neuts, cap shield rep and bonus damage to drones - don't underestimate a rorqual!) I digress. Last night we sent 2 domis in to go and stir up trouble and to see if he would come out. Our domis pirated on a drake on the gate and literally 45 seconds later the nyx came on close range scan and then dropped out at 0 (not a clever thing to do) Domi's lit a cyno and we bridged in 4 hics and 3 supers and some dreads and carriers. The nyx pilot, to his credit made a good attempt to jam and neut off the hics but it was to no avail and he exploded in a pile of c-grade loot for that kind of ship http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=9521137 I believe thats our corps 38th supercarrier kill now, not bad for a piratey corp of less that 100, I'm pretty proud of our guys for always developing the intel and sticking with it because when it pays off it's pretty sweet.

That was hillarious. Also the talk on ts was brilliant; Kwark: "But I didn't invade Poland!"

Somewhere between 25 and 35%? how about you open up eft and drag them into projected effects tab of any ship fitting you have and see for yourself.

Ive never flown or fought with a cap, and I am 100% sure I can make a better fit in about 10s.

[01:55:33] Gemini 3 > kwark's only rude to corpmates I lol'd pretty hard. On April 26 2011 21:37 Body_Shield wrote: Is the signature radius % for Target painter drones additive? It stacks the same way everything else does. Resists stack, speed and agility mods stack, webs stack, target painters stack, damage mods stack, sebos tracking mods links and damps stack, scan res and targeting range rigs stack (but only with the other rigs, not the midslot modules), even T2 ammo drawbacks stack (that is why you aren't quite the size of a Titan when you have 7 launchers full of Furies). For clarification to those who don't know, stacking is where you apply the effects from largest to smallest, with the later effects having increasingly diminished returns. It's like 1x, 0.87x, 0.57x, 0.28x, and from there it's totally minimal. + Show Spoiler [tracking penalty equation] + The multiplier for the nth module is 0.5^[((n-1) / 2.22292081) ^2] They did not follow this rule with ECM drones. ECM drones, from small to large, work like this: EC-300: Jammed EC-600: Perma-Jammed EC-900: You may as well log off now A flight of light ECM drones has a 76% chance to jam a Typhoon battleship at least once in a 90 second fight. Does this seem right to you? Edit: LOL I just saw that Nyx. Give the man credit, at least he has a scram so that enemy capital ships cannot MWD away.

So, last night we had a nano gang roaming Metropolis when a report came over intel channels of a Session Changes Widow, Nidhoggur, and a Typhoon sieging a shieldless tower in Bosena. "Can you provide a warp-in, good sir?" "I'm 20km off the Widow, cloaked, fleet invite?" 10 jumps best speed for the nano gang, drop a note in every intel channel we use for a little more DPS, and "Point Widow" "Widow is primary" "Point Nid/Point Typhoon" "Kill that fucking Widow, I'll hold the Nid, don't you worry!" Widow melts instantly, all jammers, zero, and I mean ZERO tank. "Typhoon is primary" Typhoon goes down, Nidhoggur deploys fighters. "Dragonflys are primary, great fucking work, Einherjis are now primary" All fighters dead, carrier pilot in local: "Well played, well played" Some more DPS support starts to arrive/get back from reshipping, carrier pilot shows a little honor and doesn't self destruct. (This never happens in Molden Heath, I'm looking at you Twisted!) http://killboard.cdokn.com/?a=kill_related&kll_id=1989 I thought of the Hatchery during the fight. It was something along the lines of "How the fuck did they miss this amazing catch?" For the record, killboard above belongs to CONCORDOKKEN. alliance. EM's is private...

Frankly we didn't know bout it. And we don't really have the dps to take down a nid, pretty sure we've tried it before. Maybe with GD's help...but oh well, next time! edit: wtf is with the widow, did he specially switch out to bcs's in the lows for pos bashing?

Cyno was a Pilgrim we had been trying to catch for awhile, and they had a fleet almost identical in size to ours (10 or so HACs recons and BCs) that arrived about 15 seconds AFTER they lit cyno and suddenly carriers...was stupid. We killed a Hurricane and bailed out. If they had anything resembling patience they should have waited for their fleet to jump in and tackle us all, we would have fought the fleet in a heartbeat, but no, cyno and 10 carriers gave us plenty of time and warning to burn out to 30km of everything as their gang jumped in.
