I can afford that loss so meh it sucks but the only person that really suffers for it is me. I wasn't nearly as AFK as people are implying as part of the joke but okay. However to imply I "pull these stunts" as if this is a routine thing is a bit of a leap. Not only is it a bit of a leap but it's a big stretch. If you kicked my mining alt from the corp that's cool and all but don't make it bigger than it is. AFK mining in Emol is every bit as retarded as sitting AFK in an active lowsec system, shit happens. Also that CNR was beyond my control Vil why must you keep bringing it up ![]()

You've been playing the game for like 7 years, you should be past this kinda stuff. It just makes all of us look bad.

Jayme's not a noob you are bound to make mistakes every now and then and on Jayme's level mistakes are expensive. Chillax brah! Jayme I could give you a little PvP/Survival tutorial if you like so this doesn't happen again ![]()

To be completely honest here, and I fought with myself to release this intel, but I couldn't sit here and watch Jayme get flamed. There wasn't much Jayme could of done to save his Mackinaw. We used an old merc trick that is ethnically questionable but a completely legal tactic according to CCP. It has been used for years to snag high isk targets such as faction fit ships or freighters. The cheese tactic involves positioning a neutral PvP ship where it can kill the intended target. Someone must accept the application of the neutral and they can instantly be involved in the war. Works best if the neutral has the hostile ship targeted and is at optimal range, then just accept the app and shoot. So Jayme never saw a war target in system because there wasn't one until I accepted the app. At which point it was too late anyway. He wasn't AFK either because he warped his pod out. I think Kwark is overreacting and owes Jayme an apology.

You think it does do to...something but the only thing that happened was a dead mining ship. Chill bro, its a damn game. The reason I like flying with you guys is because you're skilled but still casual about it. Making this all about some imaginary damn ratio makes no sense. I've played for seven years yes but ill still make a mistake...and this was a fairly cheap one at that. For the record I mined nearly six hours undisturbed. Wasn't as if local was crawling with red stars, smarter than that.

No one in SCBW ever believes me when I ask is anyone around x place like Mot. Seriously, i was like "anyone want to make easy 200 mil" yesterday, no response. So I ended up flying 8 jumps to teu and behold! the pith b booster still there. Edit: Most important thing is to have a good grasp of what all faction stuff is worth at a glance and decent isk pool to work with. Mot's explanation on how to value rare commander items was nice too.

I think Kwark is overreacting and owes Jayme an apology. I don't recall that being legal in my day. So I did a little bit of digging and... http://www.eveonline.com/news.asp?a=single&nid=2317&tid=1 GM Grimmi states: The practice of insta-joining/leaving warring corporations for the purpose of surprising war targets, or getting them in trouble with CONCORD, is considered an exploit from here on. Reports of this will be investigated on a case by case basis and warnings will be issued at the discretion of the GM. Repeated incidents may result in bans on accounts involved. Since admitting to exploiting on public forums generally means one isn't too bright, I've highlighted the relevant portions. Good work there! Conclusion: the Mackinaw owner, while dumb, has a case for petition against wardec exploiters, who are apparently even dumber. PS: I know that the "Awoxing" tactic is legitimate. What you are doing is not Awoxing.

I have a pretty good working knowledge on how much most things are worth but I can never find things quite as lucrative as people like Motbob could. I don't know if it's dedication or something but i'm slightly envious. I'd love that ability if only to shower me with cheap faction/deadspace crap.

Another thing Mot told me was that Eve players are pretty stupid and I didn't believe him until I saw some of those contracts. TBH it is mostly luck, because I'm sure there's atleast another 10 people that are doing the same thing I'm doing and scanning for horribly underpriced contracts continually (which don't last longer than 30 seconds usually). Like there was this one guy that put up 3 contracts for plexes that were underpriced 20 mil or something below the highest buy price for the plex itself in jita (and on market). Those were just buy out and resell for instant profit and I know Mot has seen more of those dumb plex contracts than I have. Only logical explanation is that guy wasn't in Jita at the time and needed the Isk quick or something (I"m assuming you can't fulfill a contract WTB order without being physically in the system, otherwise that guy was just dumb)
