So I just got back from Vegas. Heres a recap of how it went. Day 1 was great, ended up hanging out with signal cartel at holstiens for dinner, great place would totally reccommend. However I did not manage to find Chessur, who as apperently out clubbing.

Day 2 I found Chessur and we grabbed 3 random people to win the 5v5 eve thing they had going on. 5v5 dual web, plated dual nos ashimmus. Whats worse is that we were the only team who bothered focusing on the same target, easy win but geez why are people so bad at the game? We have codes or pirate noobships which I think are being called corvettes now.

At that point I ended up finding Sugar Kyle and sitting down with her and the mittani to talk about how some people are actually utter garbage irl. Chessur was busy playing on the best Valkyrie team the world has ever known in a little Valkyrie tournament they set up. After that me, Chessur and Dire Necessity went to the Wicked Spoon Buffet at Planet Hollywood. Food was crap imo, Paris buffet is a hundred times better seriously trust me.

While there we proveeded to talk about everything from life to the psychology of eve players, and Chessur interrupted the conversation mid sentence to go hit on some cute Swedish girls. We also managed to lear the origin of 'Feathering' due to the fact that Chessur is actually a large poorly disguised chicken. After that Chessur went to the party at the chateau while me and Dire had tickets to see Blue Man Group.

Day 3 Met up with Chessur again, we sat at the AT roundtable with Fozzie and Logibro and a a couple interesting discussions. Eventually the Space Pope gave a wonderful space oriented presentation and then after the colsing ceremony we all let for our fights.

I think this year was more fun than last year, I ended up running into old ex E-uni players from back when they tried living in MH, some cool wh people and a few bloggers. I also ended up having breakast at a cantina with Steve Renouken (sp?) from the CSM where we talked about new player things and eventually got into a discussion of missile mechanics and how some missiles are completely irrelevant (fofs and hmls essentially). As far as new things coming to EVE, nothing really exploitable that I noticed but this expansion seems to be really focused and streamlining things and improving shit for new players.

Thats pretty much it, I'm sure Chessur can probably fill you in with him experience of Vegas and me constantly giving him shit.

So apparently EVE player numbers are really high right now and RL tackled me I can't even play/watch StarCraft let alone EVE.

Oh well but when I'm back I'll have all my logi skills ready + some extra. So if any of you guys want to get something going, Alpha shenanigans or whatever, you'll have +1 logi. Need to scratch my spaceship itch.
