Yeah, fighting seems like the most interesting part of the game...especially for someone who likes to actively do things instead of just auto-piloting or afking. I'm trying out the game because I really want to play an MMO again but these days, they are all pretty much terrible and I don't want to play WoW/FFXIV. I know, there is even a book written about Eve's wars from 2003 until 2009 which I just started reading yesterday. | ||

If you're interested in EVE's combat, take a look at Chessur's youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/ChessurSB Great vids. Bit hard to understand as a newbie, but it's a good learning resource if you've settled in a little bit and want to get into PvP. Chessur is also visiting this thread sometimes (no idea if he still actively plays). As for the afk thing: You can definitely do a lot of activities with only looking at the screen every other minute(or pretty much never lol). But there are also quite intense activities(see Chessur's channel for one example). | ||
