It appears as though he's declaring the attacking gang to be risk averse. But in reality he's an extremely clever person and is pointing out that it's the gang consisting of 50% ECM that is risk averse.

How much of this is true Michael:
A little whole ago, Garmon gave genos CEO to duncan, so he could do other things with that alt (shoot sleepers). Meanwhile, Garmon and Omega credraven (currently podla) have been dating for a short time. I called Omega a retard, omega demanded duncan kick me, duncan refused, also called omega a retard. Omega has garmon kick us from alliance.
