So to cover what I fucked up in my latest disaster of a fleet, I turn up my audio in time to counteract the fact that kwarks voice goes really poorly with my bargain sub basement headset which lead to me not getting tackle as fast as I should have which didn't turn out to mess anything up because we were getting blobbed really hard. Then I used my intiative when I shouldn't have because for some reason my headseat hates me understanding kwark. And then I manged to clump like 5 mistakes into 1 couple of minutes. I rejoined kwark like I was supposed to and then irl reared its ugly head. I should have just gotten myself away from any kind of potential fighting or even docked up but instead I miss-clicked in my attempt to anchor up on kwark in hopes that I would be able to come back before I missed anything which lead to me burning towards the gate and their targeting range with out me at keyboard. Which lead to me making it back jsut in time ot see me slowboat my merlin into a 20+ man fleet and go boom. I did manage to save my pod which was the least terrible thing out of that entire "fleet" I also managed to get a miswarp in during that when I was trying to go to a tactical (which I missplaced) that put me just outside of the bubble which lead to me getting shot by the gate camp and using my own initiative to celestial hop. Really all of this was avoidable by paying better attention, but I shouldn't have logged in with the minor irl stuff that kept requiring me to look away.
