Hey, quick question!
After reading over kwark's beautiful posts in the op and seeing the amount of help that would be thrown to new tl'ers, I was wondering what the time commitment would be needed to "make up" for it
In the 21 day period, would it be necessary to be on every day for a few hours?
Just wondering since I've wanted to try eve out, but I don't want to feel dirt for taking other peoples stuff and just have it sit around.

stuff that you get doesnt "sit around". at least thats what i gleaned from skimming the op a month ago. you get implants and skillbooks, you put both in your head and then learn said skills with the help of said implants.

Well you got an 14 day acc and an 21 day acc.
You can do whatever you want with your 14day acc and try to get in the game, learn basic stuff and so on, so you can start with the 21 days after learnings are done with playing and don't have to do the tutorial.
The 21 day acc is pretty much not used at all (of course it it, but you don't have to be online with it). You got a Skilllist where you can set up skills you wish to learn for the next 24 hours + 1 skill.
So basicly you got to login once per day and make sure your skilllist is full.

Realistically, you'll only need to log in perhaps 4-5 times in the first day or two to get the most optimal training in. After that, you'll only have to log in once every day or so to keep up with the skill training for a week or two. And this log-in time to update your skill queue won't take more than 2 minutes if you know what you're doing.
Progress in EVE in terms of the capability of your character/avatar is very non-time consuming to keep up.

And the second Rifter who was with House got away, too. I was in my PvE drake and only got my AB and he was in a rifter with mwd, got about 500km away and cloaked I think. At least I didn't see him but I still got him on dscan within 480km

Congrats on getting them. That drake has to be the 2nd worst (after Karah's 'pvp' fit) drake I've ever seen. 34m spent on launchers for a +10% dps output, rigged for buffer, fit for regen (kinda) with no resists. It's like they don't understand the most basic concepts of what a drake does. You two must have shit all over that. That said, that drake is exactly why I tell you not to fly drake PvP toades. Because you'd basically be another one of those.

Have you not checked the Killmail ?? My neutral alt not only served as a warp-in spot but also endured some CCP fury in order to get all the damage in with his civilian gatling autocannon.
On a more serious note im so happy we finally managed to kill that idiot, he was still running anoms out of Isen, was getting tired of us warping in the anom too far away from the point.

Yeah I know. I just logged out in Isen cause I saw about 5people there doing missions from time to time and noone but me was online and not afk at the same time so I couldn't really do something.
Loged in about every 30-60 minutes to see if someone is in Isen and if finally someone of our corp was online. So that's why i was there in my drake :-/

I tried a 14 day trial a while back and enjoyed the gameplay but couldn't find decent people to play with so im looking to play again after seeing this thread. Downloading atm and gonna start a 14 day trial and pm someone in game i guess.
Edit: actually going to download overnight since the download for some reason fries all other internet use despite only taking 10 percent of my bandwidth.
