what are the pros and cons of using overdrive injector vs nanofiber internal structure?
overdrive injector gives more speed boost and doesnt effect tank, so why does everyone use nanofiber? what am i missing?

This means that you accelerate to top speed quicker than if you used an ODI (in addition to decreasing align time which is pretty awesome since it allows you to maneuver much more easily). This means that over shorter distances you get to where you want to go quicker if you use a nano, with ODIs being more effective if you are going much farther distances.
Def wrote a pretty awesome post explaining this in more detail, where he also gave some examples with actual numbers, but it's locked up in 54.

The tank difference is only significant on hulltanked ships which predominantly consist of gallente frigates with dcus. If there is a legitimate armour or shield tank on the ship (ie everything but a few cases with frigates) then it makes no difference if you have a little less hull. On hulltanked ships ODI over nano can sometimes be justified, not on anything else.

Oh I was comparing the stats in pyfa for an AB Tengu, I didn't notice the align time until you mentioned it. Over 1 second faster align, that's like 15%. Is there a way to calculate acceleration as well?
edit: improvement in acceleration is what I meant
