Tech II guns are very special in that effect. Tech II > Faction with the right skills. Also like it was pointed above generic stuff is meta 0 not meta 1.

Ok, I made a very basic halfassed skill queue off of some guys evemon so you people would stop pestering me. It has the learnings half done and in no particular order so here is what you do. Import it into evemon while getting the skills in the order in the op. Then continue to get the skills in the order in the op. Then get to where it says remap. Then click optimise attributes on the skill queue. Then remap your attributes to that. Then continue getting the final two learnings in the order it says in the op. Then get some/all/none of the skills remaining on the queue while remembering the following as the most important fact. NEVER ASK ME ABOUT ANY OF IT.

You can put up with me being a dick when you ask stupid questions or you can switch to someone else and I'll divide up the value of the game time with them. It's up to you. As far as I'm concerned you're still my responsibility until you say you want someone else in which case I'll help you find someone else. Great and allknowing thread about learning skills and skill in general.
Just skip the implant part or bug your mentor :> for extramoneyz

Also, evemon's skillplanner actually has a button that optimizes your learning skills to the correct sequence(since some learning skills make you learn other learning skills faster, learning learning).
Personaly I would advise using the first 1,6mil of double speed to get as much of the leaning threads queue done without the implant skills if you can't buy them, but stopping at lvl 4 advanced since those take like 4 years of nonstop skill training to actually pay off time wise and besides who wants to spend 32days putting learning skills in queue.

We've killed over 500m of shit and lost a load of rifters. Unfortunately Nyvone wanted to play so I let him on my spare account on the understanding that it's nearly impossible to lose a pod in this kinda situation where they're all ECMed and dying. He lost it and it had +4s.

Edit: Apparently only +3s so that's fine tbh.
