i might have been a tiny bit drunk when this happened. all i can remember that i was retarded overconfident as i forced the cyna off the field and continued to finish my plex and wanted to loot the shiny dropping shit and flew head on into them. i got the cyna into low shield or armor (cant recall exactly) and than got ec-300ed three times in a row.
but overall i guess i just was close to blackout drunk.... after i got up an hour ago i checked my beer and i drank every beer i had which was like 20 bottles, 10 liters of beer xD
edit: oh yeah and i have the worst hangover ever ever ... 
edit2: at least i mad close to 2b isk in exploration shit yesterday so tengu loss is covered npnp

I don't believe so. Although I guess it may vary region to region, I consider after downtime as a pretty sub optimal time to probe, although it does feels like there is some cycle to the re-spawn and certain times are better than others.

only static plexes reset at downtime. it doesnt have any effect on random sites.
