I have a small (32 gb) ssd that has my OS on it and then a regular main drive for everything else. I thought I set it correctly for all downloads, documents, installs etc to go to the main HD and have no problems with anything else. However, everytime I patch EVE it creates a mirror of the file on my SSD, even though all the files are located on my main HD. In addition, it seems to devote almost 1gb of my free space on the SSD to EVE everytime I start the program, thus giving me low HD space warnings. I can keep playing ok and when I turn my comp back on the space is freed again. Does anyone else have any issues with EVE and multpile HDs? I had a lot of issues with the Crucible patch (my first expansion since getting the game) and a lack of HD space even though I always specified saving to my main HD, to the point of having to uninstall EVE to remove random CCP files before I could actually patch to Crucible. Any thoughts? i believe there was a way to decide where patch puts the temporary files just cba looking it up. it was at eve forums somewhere. for the second issue you could try switching your swap file to your regular main drive so it doesnt eat the ssd space.

Isk amount increases at a rate of 28,7 trillion per month. Compared to that, even Kwark's 2 trillion doesn't seem to be that impressive. Who exactly is pocketing all this isk?

From the numbers CCP Diagoras gave in previous tweets, the average player wealth is around half a billion. My main concern is about what Jester referred to in his blog more than a month ago; http://jestertrek.blogspot.ca/2012/02/turtles-all-way-down.html He says that he knows about a person or two that are in the 15 and 16 digits of isk. He might be bluffing, but is he? That's hundreds of trillions. It would partly explain why the large inflation in isk isn't reaching the market.

To put this in to perspective... 28.7 trillion additional isk is made every month. approx 400k active players (Source) 28,700,000,000,000 / 400,000 That comes out to an average wallet increase of 71 million isk per player, per month.

The average character doesn't have much liquid isk. Edit: Oh, and I misread that. It's the mean, not the average.
