Jesus Christ, Nitto with the ~70% genei-jin combo. I've read that comboing into genei-jin from 5B---errrr close mk like he did results in the least amount of damage scaling.

Also his Yun mind games overall were amazing.

You have to wonder if he planned that command grab into the reflector, knowing he would recover before Urien could launch him with cr.hp.

Oh Myrm totally scooped me. I was waiting to post that, then my internet went down.

On the plus side, we'll probably get some HD screens of red statute during the hugo win pose.

so like i kind of forgot y gief is top tier since ive mainly only been playing championship mode and lot of people (i assume) are not playing gief since its blind selection and all the sagat/akuma players in championship mode.

trumpet made me remember the hard way

also f.RH does CRAZY damage if they catch in air or if they hit u with a focus while u jumping. i was getting a little too used to sagat's ultra and i wasnt sagat.....

are all of these matches played live in an arcade or online? If they are online, do you have to use the arcade stick (for street fighter 4)? I find it way harder to do quarter circle moves on the arcade stick as opposed to the controller, whereas the charge guys are much easier due to the boxy shape that outlines the stick area.

They're all played live in an arcade.

I find it way harder to do anything on a pad compared to a stick. And that's 'cause I learned fighting games on a stick and almost always use one.

When tournaments are played on console, it is always your decision whether you want to use a pad or a stick. This is because (almost) all noteworthy tournaments are run by members of the fighting game community, and we understand why things are run like this.

The only notable tournament that wasn't community-run was the GameStop SF4 national tournament. The corporate idiots decided to make sticks illegal until the later rounds of the tournament. -_-

keyboard is better than pad imo.
I can play Guilty Gear and Akatsuki just fine on keyboard.
Though I have problems in 3s with karathrows.
And all is illuminated.
