Whispering+Shrunken is core on him after that its more up in the air, Demonic Breastplate is a good pickup, Heart isn't bad either. Maliken kind of works as secondary initiation in that he sword throws in and ults, hits his shrunken and then relies on his attackspeed booster+lifesteal to be unkillable while tanking everything. | ||

My build for maliken is a little risky - hotbl->insanitarius->bkb->satanic->riftshards. I skip insanitarius sometimes (in those cases i tend to get whispering before bkb). Maliken needs survivability or hp regen more than he needs damage/attack speed (as he gets these for free). | ||
