The entire presentation was kinda boring to me. Mario and Zelda both look AMAZING but for the most part the presentations were either teaser trailers that don't show anything or some uncharismatic guy talking on stage for a few minutes. Some of the trailers do atleast have me interested (SMT and Xenoblades for example I'll have to keep an eye on) so I guess they did their job.

Xenoblade 2 is a really good surprise though. I am not a Zelda fan so I really don't play that. I think what would really entice me is a new Monster Hunter game. I still play MH3U on the Wii U to this day. I am curious what they mean by paid online services. And how the eshop will now work given there is no region locking. Will it automatically convert to your local currency if you buy online games or are you still paying USD then paying whatever converted local currency your credit card bill will reflect? Don't plan on buying on launch, will wait for December 2017 as to what games are announced and if we end up getting new bundles already rather just console only.

I know Monster Hunter is very popular in portable format in Japan, but for me it's a game to be enjoyed with a decent controller and, even better, a big screen. I played all of the ones on PSP, but I actually passed on 3DS. MH3U on Wii U is so good for MH fans. The Switch is basically ideal for MH. On another note, does anyone think we could use the Wii U pro controller with the Switch? I don't see why not, but Nintendo will probably want to cash out on those $70 new ones...

Which, like i said, is the most important stuff in the switch success, and so long, IMO, nintendo has been doing a pretty decent job. The message nintendo wanted to give with the switch is pretty clear, at least compared to the disaster that was the WiiU

But I feel like they shoud have made it into a more cartoony brooklyn, because now it kinda looks like a Mario GTA mod. Like two games mashed together, haha.

It seems to me like there are still plenty of cartoony parts/ Nintendo characters and references that would still give it the Nintendo charm, fortunately ![]()

When is it ever said he's from Brooklyn outside of that shitty movie that isn't canon?
