I mean I recognize that it's always going to be there in some sense, and whatever, that's fine, but between Camilla, whatsherface axe using con artist, and date-your-adopted-sister-you-thought-you-were-related-to-until-a-month-ago, I just got kinda fed up with it. FEH is quick and dirty FE-lite so whatever, but the main FE games are, at least for me, a combination of frustration, moments of "YES I DID JUST BEAT THAT GODDAMN LEVEL," and storylines that I actually care about. And if Fates and FEH are any indication, I just have a hard time caring about stories that are stuffed full of waifus.

I just really want a Holy War remake for that remade soundtrack, and thracia (granted I havent finished it yet) but it looks like the best? game in the series.
Thracia remake would hugely benefit from modern UI changes. One of the most bullshit things about Thracia is that since the game predates being able to change the deployment positions of your units, the only way to change where units are deployed is by having deployed or not deployed certain units several chapters in advance in order to change the order they appear in the deployment menu.
This is not a problem on most chapters since all your units start together anyway, but becomes a pretty big annoyance on maps with split deployment--think Conquest Ch. 22 but you HAVE to deploy people on the right side and you can't change where people are deployed. Getting staffers/etc. shunted to one side of the map is insanely annoying and can force you to reload a save 1-2 chapters prior just to correct your deployment order.
There's some Japanese live stream announcement going on right now. I feel like a kid watching the exciting pictures but not understanding anything. it seems like coming soon are Xander, mounted red with 16 attack sword, lots of new maps, some ranking system that rewards 1, 2, 3, or 4 orbs based on level (goes up to 20), new voting gauntlet all mages?, and Ryoma/Takumi/Hector/Azura banner? Tomorrow 4/28/16 with 5% bonus rate? Time to break out the credit card boys and girls!

- roll for azura if you don't have a 5* dancer, if you do, don't bother. - roll for ryoma if you need good red dps. probably the best use for the Ardent/LaD3/Desp3 SI build. - hector is a strong unit, but he's difficult to use in the current meta imo. if you have the orbs to spare try picking up one for the future because distant counter is always nice to have lying around. - please dont waste your orbs trying to get takumi, been really bad/overrated for months now.

Unless you really want Ryoma as a collector I wouldn't bother. This guy does a better analysis than I could feheroes.ziss.tv and long story short they are similar but maybe Ryoma is slightly better. But they're fulfilling the same role so you wouldn't ever use both.

I have 5* Olivia but I was thinking of rolling for Azura anyway since sapphire lance seems pretty good. Is dance really her only redeeming feature or is it worth picking her up as a sword-killer too?

Yeah, I run Cecilia, Ursala, Gunter, and Leo as my budget horse emblem team. It has been consistently getting 4.4k+ in arena runs, but that'll come to an end soon since the next batch of arena bonus heroes doesn't have anyone on my horse emblem team.
