I've been running mostly Verd for farming and Bastet for descends/challenges, but I want to swap over to A.Yomi, and I don't know if it'd be better to drop the eggs on one of the common subs between the green teams for improved efficiency now or commit to the A.Yomi team to make for less overall farming needed to get that team ready. Any suggestions? | ||

firecat is horrible to build for all attribute, while ayomi's standard team already matches all the needed colors by default (with a standard team). But ofc like ragz said, it is a lot of investment for basically convenience. I had a hyper firecat team and I was very successful with it in clearing a lot of the latest end-game dungeons (including nocon yamato-rush) and only recently hyper'd my ayomi team thx to x10 descends. In fact I haven't even played ayomi yet lol. edit: and another thing, if you haven't farmed and skilled up z8 yet, bastet destroys that dungeon, so I would definitely get that taken care of first. You'll probably need the +eggs to farm it comfortably. | ||

Both are weak to binds but I think Bastet has over all better options for that. A Yomi does way more damage on average but I find Yomi a bit harder to use because a match of 5 can make your board awkward. A Yomi is probably a more consistent Arena clear because of her better damage and better rcv... Bastet has a hell of a time without a Puppet against the Kalis because of the fire portions. All that said if you want to switch to A Yomi for more power or more clearing you don't really need to. Bastet can clear everything Yomi can just fine. If you want to switch to A Yomi either because she shares a few subs with YomiDra or you just want to go ahead and switch. It'll just require investment in an opposite direction to Bastet. As for progress I'm at... 3600 plus eggs so far. I have 4 297 feeders sitting around that I think I'll throw into my Ra Dragon team. | ||

the thing is almost all of the best firecat subs are g/g or g/r, so you actually need to sacrifice two slots for all attribute lol | ||

This is so many rows that even with only 6 combos (A 12.96x after a skill) her subs are doing like 4 million damage a hit with 2 of those combos being rows. It's kind of sad really. I'd like to see this kind of treatment with Light rows so they actually have a niche of some sort. Right now the only 5 row bomb they have is Raphael and his active is pretty mediocre compared to Australis and this isn't even taking in to account the lack of a decent light row leader. L Metatron still weeps with her awesome 3.5x...ABOVE 50% HP. I still laugh when I see Satsuki with her unconditional 3.5 attack who is definitely made to be a sub and Metatron still has the 50% conditional. It's just funny. | ||

What progress have you made in terms of dungeons, and what teams do you usually run with? You have some nice red and dark pieces, but no concrete team around them except sonia, and I loathe to recommend sonia to someone. Are you stuck clearing certain descends? Or just don't know which direction to progress in terms of teambuilding? I like what looks to be the beginnings of a leilan team, with caocao and tsubaki as good subs on the team. Just need to fill it with some farmables (gigas, red mystic knight) and you're good to go. You can also post your player ID here and add a bunch of us on your flist. Many of us are fielding some of the more popular leads and have hypermaxed them as well. edit: thx blitz, verd working wonders with that team | ||
