You can't have a pivot foot if you catch the ball on the move but I'll leave this here. From NBA.com http://www.nba.com/nba101/misunderstood_0708.html I put the part that is relative to Lebron's move in red. Read it carefully. Ace's post solves this question. Lebron did not travel. Case closed.

And I've shown clearly that FIBA, NCAA and NFHS follow my definition of the pivot (or do you not agree?) and also the NBA rule is also consistent with this definition of the pivot because as it says you need to hold the ball, not stand still. The only difference with standing is that you can use either foot as the pivot, as in the rule you stated. I don't even know what your arguments are, that pivoting is entirely different in the NBA compared to everywhere else? Even though the rules do not say it? The pivot definition from page 2 of the NBA rulebook was quoted at you specifically as was the NBA rule on travelling. How the hell are you so bad at comprehending an opposing argument? It seems you're just trying to save face at this point because you were comprehensively shut down by Ace. Reading the last few pages was painful just because you seem incapable of rational argument.

So it's silly to argue over. I'm pretty sure Jordan was allowed that and probably Magic too. And certainly Paul George too. http://espn.go.com/blog/truehoop/post/_/id/6035/nba-traveling-we-really-don-t-reference-the-rulebook

It's pretty huge for the Pacers that they can win the series by holding their home court. I know they were up last year, but this is a far better version of Indiana. At the start of the playoffs, I figured the Pacers had the best chance of any team to topple the Heat. Their frontcourt is beastly.

So bad that Pop pulls all 5 starters. Hilarious, but probably necessary to get a spark. This team is stagnating really bad atm. Edit: More turnovers and missed shots by the bench players. No way this can continue all game, can it?
