Geoff, next time you play DnD make a monk. One of the most fun classes to roleplay as, and one of the ones you have the most creative ways of killing enemies accessible to you
Since a few people mentioned an interest in Pen and Paper RPGs in this thread, i would be willing to lead a roleplaying group if i find enough interested players.
EU timezone, probably on the weekend, no previous knowledge required. Don't be scared if you have never played before, roleplaying looks a lot harder then it actually is.
I am an player. I have, however, never done this online before, so there might be a few hickups here and there. It also probably wouldn't be DnD, instead i'd favor a more beginner-friendly system.
If you are interested, PM me. If enough people want to play, i will setup a blog where we can organize ourselves.

I can totally picture Geoff ripping off spines with his bare hands during a vault over a goblin, just to smack the next goblin in the eye with it..I mean, see him try, then roll a 1 and break his ankle and crash on top of the first goblin.

yup another fun 2nd edition DnD trick is to always specialize in clubs, you can use anything as a club at any time. especially as a strong monk who can rip off limbs with his hands.
Great background entertainment like people said. Couple thinks though
Please read out your rolls like in the first week. I was listening while doing some work last and all I could hear were the ahhhs of the crappy roll
Also why release 1 part per day? Is this some sort of tease?? I caught the first 1/2 of yesterdays show and would prefer not to wait till like Thursday to catch the rest

more vids mor views more money. And i am not saying this with any negativity.
This is prob my new favorite show to listen to at work and i just laugh my ass off at it.
Saddest part is when the latest episode ends tho lol =(
I am really enjoying the show. It is a blast to listen to and reminds me of when I played D&D a good 15 years ago.
Listening to the show actually got me interested in looking for other D&D podcasts. If you like Rollplay, check out Critical Hit. The show has been going on since 2009 so there is plenty to listen to. I am starting from the beginning and just finished the second episode. So far I am enjoying it, but I think Rollplay is a little more fun. We will see if that changes in time though.
I want to thank you guys for a great cast. I am excited to get back into listening to a D&D cast since the last one that I was dedicated to was the Critical Hit podcast that Muggs mentioned. Anyone who enjoys listening to this will like that as well. I remember I used to listen to Critical Hit on my way to work and I'm looking forward to more of the same kind of serial role playing pleasure from the Roll Play cast! Keep up the great work!
What's that? A magically orb that is most likely related to the plot in an integral way, and that will cost a lot of gold to investigate, thus further signifying its importance?
Better throw it on the ground to see if it breaks or not.
