I would not refuse to buy the game if they use it, but I would be far happier with my purchase if they left it out for sure. EDIT: It seems that it may just be for European version. This picture says it's for German version, but that may be for all over Europe. It may be a mislabeling, but perhaps North Americans dont have to deal with GFWL? EDIT 2: Second picture. Pretty much confirms it?

I did sign the "no gfwl please" petition though. I hope by the time the game releases, there will be some kind of alternative to this. But, whether or not the game releases with or without GFWL is not a deal breaker for me. So looking forward to this!
