A team can only move up into the top 3. The lottery drawing is for picks 1-3 and the rest of the lotto, 4-14, falls in order of their record. That's the reason a 1 seed going into the lottery can actually end up with the forth seed. If say 6, 4, and 8 move into the top 3. Can anyone confirm if the above is true? | ||
