LIKE IT'S NOT EVEN REMOTELY IMAGINEABLE THAT YOU WILL SUDDENLY BECOME A GOOD SHOOTER AT THIS POINT IN YOUR CAREER. YOU'RE NOT A SHOOTER JOSH SMITH. x n SOMEONE FUCKING POST THIS TO HIS LOCKER. ALONG WITH: YOU JUST LOST US THE GAME JOSH SMITH. x m FUCK. User was warned for this post Actually, I'm pretty ok with this post. Compared to memes, blind fanboyism, people bashing blind fanboyism, people overreacting to media storylines, and people calling each other stupid, this is an inoffensive (unless you're related to Josh Smith) post of a fan about his own team. And it gets its message across.

I also appreciate the passion and sentiment behind the post (any passionate sports fan would), but he went a bit over the line. I can't count the number of games I've yelled at Kobe through the TV with the same emotion.

It's just that I've watched Josh Smith play for 5 or 6 years in a Hawks uniform, and every single time (I mean literally every single time) he jacks a three pointer you can hear Hawks fans everywhere hold their breath. It's infuriating that he would try that shot in the final seconds of an overtime game with a wide open Jeff Teague in the corner (who was on fire last night). No one told him or even imagined telling him to take that shot. His coach doesn't like that shot. His teammates don't like that shot. The fans certainly don't like that shot. But even after years and years of telling J-Smoove that he's not a shooter, he continues to jack up shots. He is immature, boneheaded, and unfortunately the most accurate barometer of how the team is performing any given night. It's just years of pent up frustration watching him brick and brick and brick over and over and over again, and the fact that he passed up a wide open teammate to shoot that shot and be a hero...well, it shows he has a long way to go before becoming a true professional. Anyway, I'd like to thank the moderators for just giving me a warning and not a temp ban. ![]()

I'm not even a Hawks fan and I know of J-Smoove's infuriating and infamous perimeter shooting tendencies.

Just by being in the Purple and Gold, players are held to a higher standard. Bynum got RIPPED TO SHREDS on the local air waves for that little stunt he pulled in Golden State. Trust me, if the fans don't like something you're doing they'll let you know about it around here. This isn't a small market club where a single superstar can win it over easily. Kobe's earned the devotion of the fans, but Bynum hasn't yet and he has a long way to go before he has LA's unwavering loyalty, until then he's just another player sporting the purple and gold and held to the same championship standard we expect from our guys especially our bigs.

Other than the ALL-CAPS there are far more annoying things here definitely lol.
