That is the thing though. There is no right or wrong where Garrosh is concerned. He only cares about HIS people. The orcs. He does not care about any other race other then the orcs. He wants to control Azeroth as a whole for himself and the orcs. There is a reason there is a Sha in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid. That Sha is the Sha of Pride. Back in Pandaria in 5.3 where a quest had you go to Kun-Lai Summit to help an old Pandaren up a mountain so that he can "meditate". As you help him to where he wants to go he tells you a story that also had a hidden meaning but it all became clear once you reached the end. Little did you know that the Pandaren that you were helping up the mountain was the spirit of Emperor Shao Hao. The Emperor that you were hearing stories about all across Pandaria. Now, his plan was that he was going to teach you about pride but you taught him about pride. He tells you how he conquered all of the other Sha but one. He could never conquer the Sha of Pride. He says that pride is good until it is bad. Garrosh's pride was good in the past expansions. Now, it has become bad.
Garrosh has too much pride. His very own pride has caused all of this. The war all throughout Azeroth from the Horde side was much more aggressive and reckless. Garrosh bombed Theramore. Garrosh feels as if he has to redeem the Hellscream name because of what his father did. He feels as if he has ALOT more to live up to when he was made the new Warchief. His pride has caused him to do crazy things although it doesn't seem crazy to him because his pride has blinded him from what hes doing. His pride has turned him into a dictator. In Garrosh's "True Horde" you are either with him as an orc or you are against him and if you speak out against him you will be executed. His pride set him on a quest to Pandaria to not only acquire new resources and not letting the Alliance have it but to acquire more POWER. He was looking for a way to harness the power of the Sha and infuse it with his "True Horde". He also found what he was looking for. He found it in the "Heart of Y'shaarj" which was in a place of containment buried beneath Pandaria. His pride led him to the remnants of an old God. He's now using the power of Y'shaarj to create "super orcs" to make his "True Horde" stronger. You will fight such an orc who has been infused with this power. He was Garrosh's main man throughout MoP. His name is Malkorok. You will probably fight such orc trash along the way who is infused with the power I'm not sure.
This all happened because of Garrosh having too much pride.

I mean his father went through the EXACT same thing and you would think that he would learn from his mistake. On the other hand, it is because he is the son of Grom, he is easily corrupted by power as well. So is there any sort of entity so far that has been claimed to corrupt Garrosh? Here is a sort of recap regarding Garrosh if you're interested: http://i.wow.joystiq.com/2013/08/11/know-your-lore-garrosh-hellscream-and-the-nature-of-villany/
wow that was actually really useful and make sense but I some how feel like blizzard didnt do it intentionally for everything to fit so well like that since I kind of lost faith in blizzard writing ability after the atrocity that was Diablo 3 story. Either way, sounds interesting and I am hoping for Sylvannas to lead to horde :3
EDIT: and Disenged basically said the same thing.

I don't see Sylvannas becoming the new Warchief. She has her own hidden agenda.
Its either going to be Vol'jin or Lor'themar because of the crazy amount character development hes been getting in MoP.

Btw I loved your previous post. I used to be a lore monster myself up until Wrath where I got a bit busy and out of touch with the game. Good shit.

Thank you ^^
But yeah I think the safe bet would be Vol'jin for the new warchief although I wouldn't count out Lor'themar.
Hell! I want Saurfang for Warchief :D

It'd be nice if WoW was free to play, so whenever I do have a subscription to play I don't feel "obligated" to play only/mostly it when it's active. ^^
Since I'm busier in real life than I was in the past when I used to play, I just enjoy leveling new characters ...

WoW will never be going free to play. They have no reason to. They aren't in that "hole" that some of the other MMO's seem to have been in when they went free to play because they have to pay those debts. Blizzard created WoW with their own money and they got a HUGE return in profit. Blizzard won't be making WoW free to play because even if WoW goes down to 2 million or 1 million they are still making money and plus people come back for every expansion which helps their profits as well.
Blizzard is however playing around with microtransactions for WoW such as XP boosts or reputation boosts and whatnot but nothing pay2win.

Do you guys think "the dark below" is a new wow expansion? I haven't played in a long time but i kind of want to again if we get a full on lovecraft R'lyeh raid expansion.........
|
"The Dark Below" is most likely the next WoW expansion. Seeing how "Reaper of Souls" is the new Diablo 3 expansion I'm pretty sure.
If "The Dark Below" is the next WoW expansion then I'd think it would being with Queen Azshara and the naga and then another old god called N'zoth. "The Dark Below" doesn't make much sense where the Burning Legion is concerned cuz I'd imagine a much better name for an expansion for the Burning Legion.

Got my 5th char level 90 on the weekend, damn that was long xD have done 2 0s to 90 this expansion, i never would of thought i'd have done that! Might even go for a 6th before the end with my hunter (another 0-90!) but at the moment im happy with what i got!
The PTR seems really broke still by the way saw some PTR games yesterday and the damage of everyone seems so low :S not sure if because was a bug but everyone's normal hit damage was shockingly low and healers were healing so easily, felt a bit silly!

Anyone playing on a west coast server? I'm leveling a lock to check out the new content and I wound up in a deserted place.

A few things: salty as fuck about killing Garrosh while the perfect Hero King of the Grand Alliance Varian Wrynn lives on and Alliance players get reskins of High Warlord weapons/our PvP mount. Bitter as fuck going down.
I'm going to look like a douche when they announce naga instead of demons at Blizzcon but ugh, so not sticking around for an underwater expansion. Vash'ir or whatever was not a fun zone.
Vol'jin as leader of the Horde is another hard one to swallow because he's freakin' Vol'jin. He lost his home to murlocs and a naga. Ignoring that he's a blood elf, Lor'themar is my pick even though a non-orc just feels wrong.

The underwater zone was amazing how can you say that T.T so pretty and awesome.

Wait so with horde being batshit crazy now, where was Thrall in all of this? I haven't played since cata.
