Liquid has been struggling but has all of the building blocks of a great team - they just haven't all clicked yet. Just like c9 before the shuffle, and they're one of the best teams in the world now. Hiko was awesome with Flipside, and he brings a lot of the pieces that Liquid was missing to close out maps and matches. It also shifts the team dynamic and (hopefully) allows adreN to just focus on calling and not also try to AWP. The fact is, Hiko has world-class aim and is a methodical player capable of winning those close rounds which is what Liquid has struggled with. Add a dedicated AWP and let adreN do his best seang@res impression and Liquid could very well surprise the world. | ||

I however have some doubts that getting Hiko will solve everything. He is definitly an improvement over flowsick, if this is the move, and he is definitely not a mediocre player. Maybe a bit overrated, but not mediocre. But I still see a lot of problems at the IGL position, and I am not sure that moving Nitro to main AWP will solve them. | ||
