Probably wall of text. While this guy seems to know some stuff and is namedropping there are some things that really make my alarm bells ring "BS". 1. What is this directed bullets? I find it really hard to believe this is possible as I thought this is hardcoded into the game some how (the spray patterns etc) so only way to make someone better is by having aim assist bot. 2. If directed bullets are indeed possible why the FUCK would you ever use aim assist that is much easier to detect by watching vods, streams etc. Just shoot close to the head or spray and you will get those random HS more often than the opponents. Again, something is fishy. 3. He talks about that Flusha thing on dust2. So we are to believe Flusha didnt remember to deactive "shoot through wall automatically". Really? Wouldn't that have given so many other random shots in a game where pros know ALL the spots and preaiming (I mean even I know those). 4. Again the Flusha thing on dust2. I've seen multiple different vods etc of that, and in the one where it is the highest res + tickrate + fps he actually shoots before and he never aims on the head. Why would a guy that is so knowledgeable about cheats even consider this a "proof". 5. He also uses the mirage example where Flusha gets a mid air head shot. Again, how fucking many games have this guy played and he uses this one example. I've had mid air HS also, it happens. Again why would someone so deep in the cheat environment use this as an example. 6. Again, he is supposed to be very wise in this matter, yet the interviewer comes up with a idea for anticheat he hadnt thought about just after saying "Only this one way to be sure becuase of the DLL thing". So the interviewer is a genieous or this guy is not the real deal. All this just seems fishy to me. One of the things he says in it's own could be defended but the sum of it makes me not believe him.

One of the things he says in it's own could be defended but the sum of it makes me not believe him. 1. Finding something 'hard to believe' just shows you are ignorant in this situation. 2. Some cheats are designed to be just that - cheats - without any regard for things like subtlety. In fact, most cheats are designed to be blatant and piss people off, not actually make you appear to be a better player. Cheat coders are not going to release their best and most disguisable cheats to the public and will instead charge lots of money to pros who are willing to take the risk and pay up big $$$$. 3. There is more evidence against Flusha than just the dust2 clip: http://www.hltv.org/?pageid=18&threadid=682962 4. See 3. Also, most people realize that these demos and gifs don't 'prove' anything, but people are free to speculate. 5. I think you are talking about the Olofmeister double jumping headshot round on mirage with a usp and not flusha. Yeah, it looks like bullshit. There are three quick mouse movements in that round. The first one to headshot the guy on balcony, the second one is immediately after when his crosshair snaps 90degrees to the left to a guy running towards connector. The third is when he gets the second kill on the guy behind the box. Proof of cheats? Not by itself. Fishy? Just a lil bit. 6. Cheats can exist for years before they are caught. If valve isn't aware that something exists they cannot identify it. This is why the best cheat coders don't make cheats for public consumption. Rather, they only sell it to people they trust that are willing to put up big money for them, AKA, pro players who are taking a gigantic risk themselves by even communicating with a cheat coder. Dont be so naive, and this is LAN we are talking about. Imagine the future of ONLINE csgo competition. Its a F'ing joke. There is more CS prize money than ever, there is an entire gambling community that has popped up around this game, there is more incentive than ever to cheat. It sucks.

Exagerate some facts and trying to get himself hired by valve. Or one of his friends if we take into account point 2. 2: He is straight up wrong on many technical stuff : http://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/2neg7u/the_cheater_that_said_it_all_is_wrong_on_multiple/ making this whole interview a bit suspicious.

It would be nice to have some more guidance on what I should be doing when I'm playing; where should I hide, what are good spots to toss a flash/smoke, etc.

The reason i'm considering it is because imho g500 is the best mice i owned (love 3 buttons for thumb and the fact that you can quickly change dpi + it feels great in hand) and from what i've seen g500s has similar design/button placement which suit me perfectly. Main thing i'm looking for in the new mice is the 3rd thumb button. Like i said, after 7+ years of using the same setup i really don't feel like changing my habit unless i absolutely have to. What are your thoughts about g500s or some other one which you can recommend?

Peek together, don't bait: a counter-peek will only get one of you. Check your corners. The more you play, the better your game sense will be. Pay attention to your radar. Your team will likely include people who don't know how a mic works sometimes and they will die and say nothing, so whenever someone dies check the radar to see where. Speaking of which, zoom it out so you can see most of the map. De-centering it also is helpful. When you've planted the bomb, 90% of the time you don't need to peek. They need to come to you. When you're defending a site, 90% of the time you don't need to peek. They need to come to you. Never attribute getting killed to hacks or 64 tick. Always just say "that guy is better than me" and try to do better so you kill them instead. Even if they are blatantly hacking.

What are your thoughts about g500s or some other one which you can recommend? I've always seen people talk about the g400 (and g400s) as being superior. From what i've been reading it has better sensors (important for csgo). I personally have the mx518 which is an older version of the g400 which they don't make anymore and I absolutely love it. The g400 in general is a very highly regarded mouse and if you use a g500 you will have no problem with it as it has the same layout and general feel.

I would go for the g400s since it is not as cheaply built as the g400, if you want to stay with logitech. though I too would take a closer look at the sensei if you can get it for a good price. maybe I will go for one myself very shortly since amazon has them on sale on their cybermonday consumerism fuckfest - if the price is right.
