CSGO feels like a 50/50 split of 1.6 and Source, so I assume the goal was to unify both player bases but last I checked all 3 games were being played equally lol. That said, I think every patch they've made since the game launched has been pushing it ever so slightly in the right direction each time. Can't complain too much really. For what they tried to do with csgo, I think they've done an excellent job overall. I think they've done the best that they could have, honestly. You can't please all camps, especially in such historically elitist groups like counter-strike fanatics (myself included) ... all things considered, I consider CS:GO an acceptable compromise. It's really up to the fans to make the next move. Glad to see these tournaments getting decent viewership though! :D <3 CS Was watching Fnatic v Na'vi... went to make tea, come back and stream crashed.......http://www.nooooooooooooooo.com/

I like CS GO, especially the in game match maker which makes up for the few complaints I have. Which aren't really major complaints but more personal preference, I grew up playing cs 1.3-1.6 so of course I'm going to be pretty biased towards that game. Anyways I hope the pro scene keeps growing for GO. If i wasn't at work I'd try to catch more streams of the game.

Forest went 65-18 in total vs Fnatic. Insane. The amount of individual talent in NiP is staggering.

NiP >>>>> Everyone else? I only followed the proscene before i moved to sri lanka back in november last year and it was like this lol. Makes me chuckle, shows how high a skillcap CS has though to be fair, they must be doing something right to dominate since release

When f0rest and Get_right get on form, it just isn't fair for any other team. All games I've seen are f0rest topping score chart.

Good match going on though. WW doing well in Denmark which is cool and Virtus.Pro showed a good game vs NiP, so doesn't matter who wins for me. Just enjoying the game.

Na'Vi have a long way to go, ESC looked really strong a month or two ago but have seemingly regressed, and Anexis has lost something since they gave NiP the hardest bo3 they've had so far back at DHW (they need pt back imo). Quantic looks less strong than they did at ESWC, Curse.NA look better than they have in awhile... It's too bad NA teams can't get decent practice. Really looking forward to ESEA Lan, but I doubt any of the NA teams will show improvement. I HIGHLY doubt Dynamic, Quantic and Curse will practice with each other and if that happens it's gonna be a rough Lan for NA, I can't imagine any of them finishing higher than 4th. Overall, I'm liking the direction the scene is taking. I can't see anyone really threatening NiP for a very, very long time however.
