Every now and then I use just 1 and get an upgrade. If you shock/freeze with a spell/attack but the duration of freeze/shock would be less than 300ms its not applied at all. So shocking large amounts of mobs wont work without actually dealing some damage to them. | ||

If docks are too difficult farm City of Sarn. It's only one Monster level lower and plays a lot more like Fellshrine with lots of slow moving skeletons and a few of those whirly strike guys that aren't bad if you have decent armor. Just watch out for the bear trap Unique and keep a Granite handy. | ||

Started new characters with a friend over the weekend, just killed Brutus Cruel. I told him the Chain was probably worth more than our combined gear. I'm not sure if that's an exaggeration. I think barracks is probably my least favourite zone. oh SHIT sorry, I meant the "Battlefront". The place right before the Docks. No shield chargers there (those guys are hell of dangerous). Still lightning mages, but those ones seem weak to me, the Battlefront Mages are stronger? Not sure. Barracks is bad yeah that was my mistake, shield chargers OP. | ||

I dont know if I have better than average gear or something but it was a lot easier than I expected. Brutus got like 1 cast off before dieing and merveil hit like a wimp. My Frenzy does 3k dps, is that a lot at this stage? | ||
