Exalted Orb = 6 GCP Divine Orb = 3 GCP 3 Chaos Orbs = 1 GCP 6 Alchemy Orbs = 1 GCP Think he had a few other things, but those are the big ones. | ||

I bought an amulet with +12 all attributes +15 int +15% spell damage +5%fire damage +55 maximum life +2%energy shield one random resist Was it worth 2 chaos gems? My current phys bow Ranger build. I'm going for all the movement speed nodes because it's awesome. In 4 levels I'll have the last 3 movement speed nodes and I'm wondering what my best next step is. Main thing I want to know is if it's important that I grab all the +bow damage nodes, or should I only focus on the ones that give the most +dmg/points invested. Some of the clusters have less damage but include things like accuracy, missile speed, attack speed, and crit chance. Anyone know if there are diminishing returns on things like accuracy? I'm planning to run something like Frenzy + LMP + Pierce + Faster Attacks as I get closer to 60-70. Would it be worth it to spend the 6 points to get the last Maximum Frenzy Charge Notable, and if i get that I might get Armor Master for more movespeed. I'm also not too sure how much I should invest into life nodes, and if I should get evasion at all. I admit I die a bit more than I'd like to random 1-shots and things like that (rocking 600 health in A2 cruel) but with a bit of quicksilver not much can really hit me. | ||

Usually "random resist" can be worth a lot!  15% spell damage and 5 % fire damage are very low numbers and thus rather insignificant. 15 int is good for a caster and even though it is very low 2 % energy shield is an ok stat. 55 maximum life is pretty good at most levels. What itemlevel are we talking here and what level are you? If you are level 55+ it is a bit of a letdown. | ||

The fact that he exalted a resist is pretty lucky though. Wouldn't pay 2 chaos for a caster amulet without cast speed. Especially not when you can get almost double that spell damage roll. | ||

You did upgrade it though right? If you rolled good mods on it, it may take a while to find a suitable replacement. But yeah, sometimes you get unlucky and can't find a decent white to upgrade in order to replace it. | ||

The weapons are tiered in such a way that the next weapon isn't a significant upgrade and is often just an attack speed difference with a minor DPS boost. Generally this means that you don't actually want an upgrade until 10 levels later or so when you're getting an upgrade with the same attack speed (the highest one for that weapon class). | ||
