Biggest issue is probably that it's evasion based, so rather hard to color correctly for anything but bow builds. | ||

For Hardcore Lightning Coil is BiS for most bow and melee chars last I checked, except for Juggernaut. Carcass Jack is great for Softcore, having more AoE rules on AoE builds using Ice Nova, Shockwave Totem and the likes. The new armor will probably reduce the use of Lightning Coil though. | ||

I think this one is overtuned. It allows for a build type that will be very strong, and then tacks on way too much extra stuff. Poison on hit? really? why was that necessary. | ||

Would pure curse supporters use it btw? Don't those usually go low life and using a full eva armor would be pretty unthinkable? | ||
