ok... first time playing flame totem build. got all the challenges done, was kinda bored and decided to pay normal Atziri a visit since i had 5 sets of sac pieces lying around.

I'm quite surprised at how easy it was to clear atziri with really basic gear requirements. MF gear too... Ventor's Gamble is my most expensive item lol...

except maybe the trio could be a bit hard but ehhhhh still

Very little in this game is really hard anymore (exceptions being Uber Atziri and Malachai in his various dickish iterations), unless you get a certified funtime league mod added in.

lower levels, i usually just put whatever dps support gems i have (added cold/lightning dmg). Faster Casting or Faster Projectiles is fine i guess and of course, Fire Penetration. But most of the time i just put any dps adding support gems at lower levels. Just wanna speed through the content to merciless asap.

edit: also, added chaos damage when you find it.

At 6.2k dps per flame totem while being completely self found (I found a tabula rofl, and I'm using item rarity) at lvl 62 this build is an absolute joke.

Good fun though lol.

Flame totem is strong, but after having seen Incinerate totem, I'm pretty sure it's superior in every way. Having more projectiles is just weak at Flametotem, while with Incinerate Totem it lets you have good clear speed.

Except during leveling phase I guess. Though I usually do more damage with Firestorm than with Flame Totem.

For reference I just killed dominus part 2 before he came out of his first bubble thing. I'm wearing maybe 15 chaos of gear entirely tied up in a tabula, which could easily be some random 5 link thats been alch'd for more effect. I think that's pretty dumb tbh.
