Yep. It's described in the OP. You vote, move with highest count gets made, then I vote for my move and the move with the one vote gets moved, etc.

People who only post engine analysis are pretty easy to spot and disregard since they don't have a single clue what they are talking about. Man all the stories I could tell. But just log in to ICC and check the main chats of a live event and you'll get a solid idea.

You won't stop cheating. If you want I can play seriously instead of interesting, but that would make it less fun for you. I'm not egomaniac, I would rather take a loss than having you have less fun.

If it gets bent over or you won't enjoy it again, we might not repeat it and I'll do streams instead. But don't bury something before it was even born.

Another idea though. Sometimes after we could play a forum-played simultaneous event. One thread for each participants with maybe 1 day/move. If we could get at least 30-40 people interested it could be great, really. Maybe later as a next community event. What do you think? Maybe I'll fire up a poll about it.

I'll update the participant list soon, just let me watch DjWheat's 3v3 fun.

3v3 and 4v4 are the only SC2 leagues I actually enjoyed for derping around.

You should also have votes for a series of moves for when it's obvious moves (like a knight or bishop trade, a forcemate, etc.)

I think the 3 day/move time may cause me to lose interest at some point, but sign me up and i'll throw in some good moves now and then and try to pay attention to see what happens.

Okay guys, I have all the names in the list now.

I've just put up a new poll in the OP. Since I would like to keep it about 3 days/move I'm convincable to start earlier if we don't get new sign ups this week, but I still want to wait till Sunday midnight.

Note that even if we start earlier and you can only join a few weeks later it won't matter much since it'll still be in the opening stage for a few weeks.

PS: Dates are GMT -5 or GMT -6.

I went through a period where I took correspondance chess really seriously, but I got kind of burnt out. This seems like it should be fun though.

Regarding time control, 3 days per move is probably the best imo.
