i had it from retail and the ancient "start game with CD and then remove it and start game on 2nd PC with it" trick actually worked.

I do like MMOs , but i like SP games to be more Story driven and not to have chatboxes with quests... thats a matter of personal preference Aside from that , its a cool game and the gameplay is neat especially if you do coop ,for this price many people will enjoy it.

Strongly suggest King's Bounty Platinum Edition for anyone who likes tactical games, RPGs like HoMM. Very high quality product. For this price you can get around 40 hours or more for each of two games.

I already have 3 previous Total War titles. I liked the games but it kinda started feeling "been there, done that". Is this the same with some small updates or are there major changes that make it interesting again for a veteran ![]()

It's an awesome game, but not very different from the other TW games.

its a free to play mmo. Shogun 2 is a pretty remake but it doesn't have the things that made rome and empire such epic games. it has so few units but they world very very well and theres some insane things that I pulled off like having the screen of these solders with the longest swords murder everyone on the front line when charging and then move the rest of the army in. Not to mention archers are extremely well balanced for once in the series (you can't tell me you didn't have 12 archer units in eastern campaigns) for the love of god get mods for the total war series. its the best modding community and its the best mods ever.

Depends on the publisher; they decide when to put it on sale. Usually takes a couple months. I can see most of the fall releases being on sale for the holiday sale.
